My stay at One96 was an very nice experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally attentive, making me feel right at home, and my room was not only spacious but offered amazing views of the city skyline. The only minor downside was the single elevator, which could get a bit busy at times. Overall, I would highly recommend this boutique hotel for its unique charm and stellar service.

I had an amazing stay at One96. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the MTR and lots of great places to eat. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. While there was just one lift, which could get busy at times, it didn't really impact my experience. Overall, I would totally recommend it for a city break!
